Each exhibition hosted at UiTM GESTURZ is accompanied by an exhibition book, which is available in both digital and printed formats. Alongside the exhibition book, UiTM GESTURZ publishes news updates titled "GESTURZ Quicknews." Additionally, other publications are produced as part of university and vice-chancellor projects, such as "The.Global.Goals" and "Rozie Times."

In addition to publications, UiTM GESTURZ also produces videos curated for special events and projects. These videos are produced in-house in collaboration with Creative Freelancers, Curatorial Associates, and Curatorial Trainees.
